- Tracey Westerhausen -
 A small town girl from Mesa, Arizona, Ms. Westerhausen practices criminal defense law, much to her parents’ chagrin. Since 1990, she has focused full time in the areas of trial work, appeals, and petitions for post-conviction relief. In 1997, Larry Debus and Larry Kazan greatly increased the size of the firm name when they asked her to become partners with them, in the firm now known as Debus, Kazan & Westerhausen. She is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, as is the firm.
With her expertise in appeals, PCRs and sex crimes, she has often lectured for the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and for the State Bar of Arizona on these topics. Ms. Westerhausen has taught at state-wide conferences for sex crimes detectives, regarding the defense perspective of their investigations. She co-authored the criminal law chapter of the Arizona Appellate Handbook.
